Glenn Ruud's Pathway
DNV GL has been initiating, piloting and implementing 70:20:10 for the last 2 1/2 years. We have learnt, adapted and continously changed our approaches according to market needs and our own learning. I plan to accomplish an even more systematic approach to implementing 70:20:10 taking our implementation work to what i define as "70:20:10 version 2.0". This includes:

I am currently working with the HR team to improve staff's perceptions that the organisation offers career and development opportunities across all levels at the bank. The key focus will be on our corporate induction program, leadership induction and our entire suite of current training programs across many topics, eg. Time Management, Coaching for Success, Branch Fundamentals etc.
